How can Democracy Real Estate support my organization?
If you have a supporter planning to make a real estate purchase or sale, send them to us and ask them to choose your organization. Your nonprofit will receive half of the profits. The other half goes to our founding nonprofit partners.

How much money can my organization receive?
For most real estate transactions around the country, we’ll refer your supporter to a vetted, licensed real estate agent. We’ll then receive a referral fee. Your organization will receive half. On a $500,000 purchase or sale, that’s over $1,500 to your organization.
For transactions expected to be over $500,000 in the St. Louis, MO area, where we’re based, we provide in-house agency services. This means an even greater return. For a $1M sale, your organization could receive over $12,000.
